Prices are valid for a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Apartment type A: The double room in the country house style or comfort style is separated from the living room 45 - 50 m²;
Apartment type B: The double room in the country house style is optically separated from the living room 45 - 50 m²;
Apartment type C: Three rooms in the country house style 65 - 75 m²;
All the apartments are new or renovated. Completely new in our house is the finnish sauna, the steam bath, the event-shower and the room to relax with panoramic view.
A washing machine (it works with coins) and a dryer is at your disposal.
For the final cleaning we charge € 35,00 – 40,00.
If you need a cot you pay € 4,00 a day. Under 3-year-old children who don`t need a bed or a cot are free.
If you cancel your booking at short notice or in case of an early departure we charge 3 days.
The reservation is made after you have paid an account of € 100,00
The apartment can be occupied at 4 p.m. and should be cleared by 10 a.m.
We rent during the whole year.
We are looking forward to welcome you in our house in a magnificient mountainous area.
Cancellation conditions: Cancellations made less than 30 days to 9 days before arrival will be charged 3 days‘ stay.
Cancellations made less than 8 days before arrival, late arrivals or early departures will be charged 80% of the price of your booking.
Travel cancellation insurance: So that you will not be charged for late arrivals or cancellations in the case of illness or for other valid reasons, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
